The two are not comparable. The Toshiba mini laptop is designed for portability and limited functionality whereas the Mac Mini is a fully functioning computer capable of connecting to all manner of peripheral devices.

You cannot put a Mini Disc physically into a Mac. You can connect a Mini Disc player to the Mac and listen to it through some audio software.
