I have a 1994 Chrysler LeBaron convertible GTC the top motor went out I changed the relay which is right beside the top motor. And that did not fix the problem so I got a ice cream bucket and unhooked the two oil lines that attach to the motor which is behind the back seat under the well cover. I put the ends of the oil lines in the ice cream bucket and removed the top motor the a friend and I pushed the top down by hand to push out all the oil from the lines. Now my convertible top is manual. Don't put lines back on motor or it will not work.
I was just searching the list and there is an answer to a similar question already in FAQ
Check this site out... loadsa info on lebarons.. http://www.automotiveforums.com/f1298-lebaron.html
The fluid could be leaking from the pump, hoses, or steering rack. Wash the steering system, then you can see where the leak is coming from.
No
It is the rear most belt.
There could be a few things on a 1995 Chrysler LeBaron causing the distributor not to have power. But first I would check the spark plugs and see if maybe they have gone bad.
You have to remove the back seats.. and then the panels.. windows are held in by 10mm bolts.. disconnect the connectors at the bottom if the window unit.. Allow an hour to do this.. PIA job
how to repair passenger side window on a1986 Chrysler le baron
Under the hood, behind the battery.
Its a circuit breaker not a fuse on the vehicle, look under the hood in your fuse or relay panel under the dash for it.Look in the owners manual if necessary
plain old power steering fluid is the recommended type
A 78 Lebaron does not have a serpentine belt. It has Separate belts for the alternator, power steering, AC/Water pump and Smog Pump.
