Absolutely. Xanax is an anti-anxiety agent and Motrin is nothin but ibuprofen. Just make sure and use the Xanax as prescribed or in moderation.

Xanax and Ibuprofen are fine to be taken together. I have taken them both a number of times and they do not create any adverse reactions. My doctor has told me that there is nothing wrong with combining these two drugs.

Psychoactively, yes. Ibuprofen is not a psychoactive, and will not affect your brain chemistry in any way. Physically, I am not 100% sure.
