Can you take zantac with Xanax and Ibuprofen?

I don't see why not. I am prescribed Xanax and Prilosec, which is similar to Zantac, and I take aspirin regularly, an NSAID similar to ibuprofen. Just don't take the Ibuprofen and Zantac at the same time, wait about an hour in between. The Zantac will neutralize stomach acid and make the ibuprofen less effective.
