Yes you can, just go into the PlayStation Portable's web browser. Then log into your e-mail using the e-mail provider's mobile website. (If there is one. Otherwise just go to their normal website). An example would be to go to http://m.Google.com/go and find the part where is says "G-mail". (If you don't have G-mail just use the e-mail service you have.) And using your e-mail you can send a text. Every phone that can text has an e-mail address. When you send an "e-mail" to that address, it's converted to a text and sent to the phone. To receive a text, all they have to do is reply to the text you sent from your e-mail and you can check your e-mail on your psp or a computer and the reply should be there. Below is a list of "e-mail addresses". I'm just showing a few addresses, so there are more. !

  • AT&T: phone#@txt.att.net
  • Qwest: phone#@qwestmp.com
  • T-Mobile: phone#@tmomail.net
  • Verizon: phone#@vtext.com
  • Sprint: phone#@messaging.sprintpcs.com or phone#@pm.sprint.com
  • Virgin Mobile: phone#@vmobl.com
  • Nextel: phone#@messaging.nextel.com
  • Alltel: phone#@message.alltel.com
  • Metro PCS: phone#@mymetropcs.com
  • Powertel: phone#@ptel.com
  • Suncom: phone#@tms.suncom.com
  • U.S. Cellular: phone#@email.uscc.net
