Just hold the sleep/wake button and home button for about 10-15 seconds. Then release the sleep/wake button but keep the home button pressed for about 10 more seconds. Then release the home button and wait and it should come back as factory default, and just plug it into iTunes like if it were a new iPod. Beware this will eliminate any data you have on your Itouch. Back-up all data you have before doing this.
You hit the reset button.
To 'unjailbreak' an iPod Touch, you have to do a system restore, which is available in the iPod Touch home menu in iTunes. This will erase all content that is on the iPod Touch, including bookmarks in Safari and contacts in the Contacts.
Yes iTunes>(iPod Touch Name)>Restore
Yes, updating the software of an iPod undoes the Jailbreak.
All you have to do is just hit the reset button.
plug it into itunes and hit restore
Yes and no. If you sync it your iPod will remain jailbroken. If you update it to say 4.1 it will un-jailbreak your iPod. Then you will need to re-jailbreak it.
Connect to iTunes and press restore. If it is bricked just search youtube for how to un-brick an ipod touch.
Yes I recently jailbroke my iPod 2nd gen and all the apps I got off iTunes or the AppStore didn't get deleted
you won't get any more free apps and the things you used to have when you jailbroke it. You will also improve the speed your ipod works at and hopefully, the battery percentage will incease.
I have no clue but if you're going to jailbreak you're iPod just be careful because it will slow your iPod down. This happened to me and CoD WaW Zombies didn't work. I had to unjailbreak it in order for it to work.
Un-jailbreaking your iPod Touch means that iTunes must recognize your iPod. Without the recognition, you cannot Restore the iPod (Restoring it 'un-jailbreaks' it). Your warranty is void since you made an unauthorized modification to the iPod (jailbreaking it voids the warranty). The best you can do to 'un-jailbreak' it is to take it to an Apple Genius to have it restored from there.
