Yes with some bottum end clearancing.
To change a 460 Ford engine and make it displace 351 cubes, you would have to remove the 3.85" stroke crank, and install a crank with a 2.94" stroke. I do not know how to change the year on the engine.

As far as I know, yes you can, but you have to get a 1979 and later block in order to do so. (bores were made longer in the block in 1979)
It appears that the Ford Aerostar with 3.0 engine does not have a crank position sensor, but the 4.0 engine does have one.

The 2007 Ford escape engine block heater is located on the right hand side of the engine block. You can follow the block heater cord to the block heater.
The engine serial number is located on the left rear corner of the crank case on a half moon machined surface.
I am assuming you're asking about a diesel engine. On my 97 Power Stroke it is located on the drivers side of the engine, just above the oil filter.
