yes u can! ONLY FOR CALLS THOUGH, NO TXT OR email OR internet! HERES HOW:: 1. Pop in ur sim card> 2. It will ask u for a code, press the "X"> 3. Go to the menu> 4. Network Options> 5. Scan and select manually> 6. let it scan and choose the cingular network! IT SHOULD BE WORKING!!!
