If the power steering pump is making a whiny noise on a Pontiac Grand Prix, the way to tell if this noise is from the pump or another source is to turn the steering wheel. If it turns hard, the problem might be with the pump. If the belt quiets down after a drop or two of dish soap is placed on the belt, then it was just the belt causing the noise.
Depending on what year, I have a 2001 and mine is located under the back seat along with access to another fuse box. Depending on what year, I have a 2001 and mine is located under the back seat along with access to another fuse box.
in a 94 Bonneville it's under the hood, passenger side. In a 95 it should be the same ttl there is one under the hood, under the drivers side dash and another on the passenger side under the dash. you have to remove the bottom cover on the passenger side fuse location should be on the cover you removed.
well if the 95 Bonneville is like the the 94 Bonneville it should be under the steering wheel on the left hand side near the hood release there should be a fuse box right there i know there is another big fuse box if you open the hood and you look at the engine right by the windshield there is a big fuse box right there. that is only if the 95 and 94 bonnevilles are exactly the same.

I believe it is near the engine located in front of the windshield whipper under a plastic cover there are two hand screws that can be removed to get there. There is writing on cover and another plastic cover over top of it. This should be the same for all models from 1993 to 1999.
Code varies from car to car, and is based on information in the radio and the Vin. You will need to contact a Pontiac dealer to unlock the radio. Keep in mind that they are required to verify that the radio is not stolen based on vin embeded in the radio. ie: if you move the radio from one of your cars to another, this is OK.
