YES, it fit great on mine. Check the condition of the cable hanger though, for fraying. Mine was fraying when I upgraded to a full size spare, and some where after my full spare disappeared, so now I'm back to the donut. It will hang down somewhat lower, but it shouldn't hange below the bottom of the bumper.
