we cant use,because canola oil use for frying and its smoke point is higher than almond almond oil is used for dressing and other use but not for frying

1- I drink plenty of water an milk. 2- I apply cream atleast 1-2 times a day. 3- I use Soap that is supposed to soften hands. 4- If you fill the sink or bring a small tub of warm water, add almond oil to it and soak you hands for 10 minutes. (i dont do this because i cant find almond oil anywhere but i read it out of a book)

It cant be extracted at home ... but i know the procedure for it... first the almonds are roasted, at medium heat... then they are put in a hand machine and presurized with the heavy iron weight .....and almond oil gets extractd.... i use extracted almond oil since last 10 yrs... but i take almonds to the extractor and he use this method to take out oil.
