Have heard of some astra sills or Ford ka sills being used. I've done the repair myself by custom forming the sill panel...I only needed the rear 1.5 foot (they usually rot in this area). Just buy some 1mm or 1.2mm galvanised steel and form the sills from those...much easier than messing around trying to weld in sills from another car...they won't look right and could be difficult to weld in. Am in the process of writing a guide to show others how to do it (including the sill repar patch forming)
