I don't think so. In almost all ATMs in India the minimum amount that can be withdrawn is Rs. 100/-
So, withdrawing 50 rupees wouldn't be possible using an ATM Machine. If the ATM is specially designed to dispense 50 rupee notes then it would be possible but currently I don't think that is the case.
It depends on the type of withdrawal you wish to perform. From the bank by visiting in person: There is no limit. You can withdraw as much cash as you have in your bank account. From an ATM: Most ATMs have a cash withdrawal limit. It depends on the bank, the type of account you hold and the type of ATM card you hold. for ex: In India gold card customers of most banks can withdraw upto Rs. 50,000 in a day whereas silver card customers can do so only till Rs. 25,000
You can usually withdraw any amount up to the balance in your account. You can do this by just visiting your bank branch and submitting a withdrawal request. But, if you are using an ATM, there are daily withdrawal and cash dispensing limits and hence the amount you can get might be limited to your bank balance or the daily withdrawal limit. Usually this withdrawal limit is Rs. 25000 or Rs. 50000 depending on the bank and your account type.

Through ATMs the amount that can be withdrawn is usually limited to Rs. 25,000 or Rs. 50,000 per day depending on the type of account you have and the type of debit/ATM card you have. But, if you are going to visit the bank branch for withdrawal, then technically there is no limit. You can withdraw as much money as you have in your bank account. For larger amounts like 50 lakhs or 1 crore, you may have to give the bank at least one day notice so that they can arrange the funds because most bank branches do not keep that much money in their vaults.
