Have the same problem. 1999 Ford Escort. When at dead stop, sometimes, when peddal is pressed to go, car dies. Also , lately, chokes and dies at startup. Seems to be when its hot, .....I live in Hawaii. If you found the solution, radio it to me.
Thanks, its been hard to find a similar problem
She pressed on the gas pedal to make the car go forward. He pressed on the sustain pedal while he played piano.
When I wanted my car to warm up, I put it in neutral and pressed the gas pedal.
ticking noise when the gas pedal is pressed in a 2005 ford ranger
tps throttle position sensor
when kick down the gas pedal to accelerate, the car downshift but then stalls and then engine stays rough until i turn off the engine and restart it then the engine runs normal again till the next kick down.
it probley needs a new battery or a new gas pedal. Another reason is the car might be to old
If you're driving a manual, it's probably stalling because if you don't press the clutch right after you release the gas pedal while changing gears, and then press on the gas again, the car may stall. If you're driving an auto, the explanation is a little more difficult to describe.
If the engine is running it is burning fuel, whether the gas pedal is pressed or not.
get a new one
One reason that your truck might start to shake when the gas pedal is pressed is because the tires could need to be balanced. The problem could also be your shock absorbers, or struts. * It has less to do with the gas pedal as it has to do with parts affected by acceleration.
yes, when you put your foot on the gas pedal the car moves. that's why the pedal is there
The gas pedal is on the right side as you are sitting in the car.
