Car still running no power when gas pedal is floored this happens when i am on interstate going 65 and it starts losing speed. i am afraid I will get killed in this car?

I would suggest you change the fuel filter. Car run reasonable at low speeds but when more fuel is needed (gas pedal floored), will not flow enough gas due to clogged fuel filter. Could be other things but I would start with this.
