Carer adjustment payment just wondering if anyone has actually received anything from fascia or did they tell you sorry but your've had time to adjust to your child's disability sorry to say you don't?

I applied and got knocked back and now I'm in the appeals process but I don't like my chances. I have 2 children with disabilities, both under six and my family and I are still very much adjusting to their diagnosis. I don't know anybody so far that has received the payment other than the lady who spoke on the radio who had the blind son. John Howard heard her story and she was given the money. It's interesting because my 3 year old daughter is blind also but doesn't qualify. I simply don't understand it. It has been a time consuming and draining ordeal which I'm sure others have experienced. Living with disabilities is difficult enough and I don't think the government needed to waste our valuable time filling out their paper work for a big fat 'NO'.

Could be cable or linkage out of adjustment. Verify from underneath is actually in drive before you do anything else (with a helper)

I am trying to cash in a with profits bond with Norwich Union. I spoke to a financial advisor 2 years ago and he told me to wait as the market value adjustment (then around £1,000) would soon be eliminated as the FSA thought it an unfair adjustment. I waited 2 years and contacted Norwich Union today and find the MVA is now 20% (nearly £4,000) I am wondering is this legal and can I do anything to register my compaint to this seemingly unjust charge?
