Search area where front floor boards are located, especially area where "ECM" Electronic Control Module (computer) is, if damp or has been wet before - could be a damaged ECM - which would cause no power being sent to fuel pump. Or your starter might not be working - once you take out the starter take it to AUTO Zone or place where they can check your starter to see if it's still working or not. Good luck.
