Their is a drain plug on the bottom center of your engine. Find it. Warm the bike up and let it idle for a minute. Shut it off before it gets too hot, then remove the drain plug and drain the oil into a pan or something to catch it. Tilt the bike to the left and right to get the rest of the old oil out of it. Coat the threads of the drain bolt in new oil and after the old oil is completely drained (stopped dripping/running), re-install the drain plug. Take out the engine oil dip stick (black one on the ignition side) and fill with new oil, check your manual for the amount. Put the dip stick back and your good to go! Change the oil every 3 rides or more often if you race.

the standed bhp for an Honda crf150r is 16 but if you put some hot cams in and high compo on rode + high compo pisten i got 32bhp out of mine. there you go mate
