It's easy.first you lift the bonnet and disconnect the clutch cable from the lever and tie apiece of string to the end of it. Go to the clutch peddle and unhook the cable and gently pull it through. now you attach the new cable to the end of the string and gently pull it back through good luck roy
According to Peugeot it is 72,000 miles, but the Haynes manual suggests changing it at 36,000 miles.
The clutch is slipping, that's why
in a garage prob around 200 - 300
depends if it's cable driven or electric....
30.000 - 40.000
read up on it...should be a simple job... ...everyone should have a manual for their vehicle(parts store or dealer), and a local library should have professional shop manuals available in the REFERENCE section for free...make copies of the appropriate sections...read up and good luck :) What a moronic answer: 'read a book'. Won't be coming here again for help.
What's the question? Yes, a peugeot 106 has dashboard lights.
No the Peugeot 106 is not considered vintage. This is true because the Peugeot 106 was made in the year 1991. To be a vintage car you have to be around for more the 20 years
No
Yes, as long as your wheels are 4 stud. Some peugeot 106 models are 3 stud.
As far as I know, the clutch on these "newer" models of 106's is adjusted automatically. If you don't think that that seems to be the case:below the battery (when standing in front of the car it should be on your right hand side) there is a bolt (or the thingie you "screw" onto a bolt... I don't know the word for that in English since I'm dutch). After the bolt there is a small kinda cilindrical shaped device from which a cable runs. If I'm not mistaken you can adjust the "thingie you screw on a bolt" to adjust the take-up of the clutch.
