According to the commercials, the cheese that is used to make Cheez-It's are 100% cheese. However, this does not mean that the cheese content of Cheez-It's are even close to that percentage. Considering that the snack is a commercially produced food in America, its extremely unlikely that each individual Cheez-It contains more than 2%-8% actually cheese.
Of course, this doesn't make them any less delicious. When considering a snack food, think a healthy option. While eating Cheez-It's aren't the healthiest option, they aren't that bad when considering everything else that you could be eating. So get your snack on, because who doesn't love cheese? Or Cheez-It's for that matter.

Honestly, it depends on how bad your lactose intolerance is. For example, mine isn't too bad. I can't eat milk or ice cream, but cheese has never bothered me. If you can eat even just a tiny bit of cheese, you can eat cheez-its. They are made with cheese, but most of it is just a cracker - there isn't all that much cheese. However, if even the tiniest bite of cheese makes you sick, you're going to have to avoid cheez-its.
