The starter will crank the engine over but it won't run.
Could be a bad battery or starter.
It is mounted in the passenger side of the engine block right behind the starter. You will have to remove the starter to get to it.

When you say 'crank over' are you saying the engine won't do anything? First check your battery and then your starter or starter solenoid. You can turn the crank to check if the block is seized or not.
Weak or dead battery? Loose or corroded battery cables? Engine seized? Bad starter? Bad starter solenoid? Bad neutral switch?
