Generally we exercise to stay fit and in shape

So basically, aerobics helps us stay fit by keeping our heart healthy and also burning off the excess calories off our body.

And resistance training improves our muscle output and our posture and looks.

So combining both will give you a healthy body with a very good appearance. After all that is what everyone desires to have.

What does anaerobic exercise entail and how does it differ from aerobic exercise?

Anaerobic exercise is a type of physical activity that does not require oxygen for energy production. It typically involves short bursts of high-intensity movements, such as weightlifting or sprinting. In contrast, aerobic exercise relies on oxygen to fuel the body during longer, moderate-intensity activities like running or cycling.
