I'm not at all sure that I understand the intent of your question, but I will give it a shot. When you decide that your question actually "became" your question can be very significant, even if it seems counter-intuitive. If you are talking about statistics, or statistical analysis, your final decision to either reject or accept the "Null Hypothesis" can very much hinge on exactly what your question was, and even on when it was established as your question. Explaining the details far exceeds the scope of this answer, but some statistical study will bring some important things to light. In brief, I can suggest this: You may be sure that 2 experimental groups will produce different results, but you are not at all sure which result will be "greater". The way that you set up your assumptions about cut-off points (how much difference can I confidently say really is a difference) will be different from the way you will set things up if you are sure you know the direction of the difference before the experiment is done. It would be unethical to wait until the results are in and then decide what question I can ask in order for the results to confirm my question.

This question is impossible to answer. It is referring to things that have not yet occured.
this is not a question partaining to the WHAT aspect however it is a question asking exactly what are some examples of unexpected events that have occured in our history.
Restate the question; by virtue of the fact that every event of every day is an event in history, this question is far too broad.
England has a long history. During its existence, there have been many conflicts. Here are a few of them:* Creating a monarchy that opposed the power of the nobility; * Creating a new religion that opposed Catholicism; * Conflicts concerning how best to manage its colonial empire; and * Converting many privately owned businesses to the control of the British government; and * Conflicts on which industries should be sent back to corporations, divesting them from government controls.
Depending which State the accident occurred in-each state can have wildly differing laws concerning the statute of limitations- I would have to say it is doubtful four years would fall with-in the statutes limitations. A lawyer could better answer this question. Hey! Any lawyers out there who could fit the answer to this question into the hourly charge on someone else's account ? i am a lawyer and yes you get sue for four years or less and yes it is depending on which state it occured.
