Clown Loaches are shoaling fish which take about 15 years to get full grown, but full grown is 10"-12" and they need a minimum of a 6ft long tank. They are prone to a number of parasites and infections if not kept in immaculate conditions. They would also eat the snail.
Danios are fin nippers and very fast, they would fin nip the Angelfish and steal most of the food.
10 Platys and 10 Mollies would quadruple in number very quickly, such is the way with livebearers.
What species of Pleco? What species of Eel? There are a number of species with a huge range of needs. With the Eel, Spiny Eels tend to eat fish smaller than they are.
Goldfish are completely incompatible, they are coldwater fish, the rest of the fish are tropical.
