Could a problem with the tie rods cause your 1997 Nissan Sentra front end to wobble especially when driving slow and shake at higher rates of speed?

IF the Ends are really Physicaly loose-If U can see movement on the ends when u rock the wheel back & forth(side to with the wheel jacked up.IF not then u could have a BALANCE Problem--bent wheel--- separated tire--
It's possible, but from your description, it sounds like you either have a tire getting ready to come apart, or a bent rim.
the reason why your car shakes at a faster rate of speed it because the wheels and tires are not balance right and they need to be balanced
