Possible, especially if your car is lowered... but even if that's the case its not likely, because the oil pain would likely be the part taking most of the beating... to find out for sure you need to tell us more info regarding the car.... also, your suspension/axle/cv joints/frame etc.. could be damaged as well...
Very possibly. It depends on how hard you hit the divider, how tall it was and how low your car is. I would think that if the devider was hit had enough to break the block there would be massive damage to the suspention and frame
no

Possible. Only way to tell is to look at the valves and head. A broken belt during driving can cause a lot of damage. You are fine this is not an interface engine, time it up belt it down and ride it for another 60,000 miles, Good Luck.
Can, of course you can. Should you, no, not unless you want to totally destroy your engine. Stop driving this car immediately until you can have it repaired.

Probably the earth wire from the battery to the body or the engine to the body has broken or has a corroded connection.
A broken engine dipstick should not cause anything or have an effect on anything. A broken dipstick will make it impossible to check the engine oil and should be replaced as soon as possible.
