I would suggest getting a gym membership and if you have only just begun regular exercise i suggest taking it easier to begin with and gradually increase work out intensity, this will make it easier for you to continue your regime

You don't. It's not healthy to lose more than about 1 kg a week. So you shouldn't be losing more than 5 kg in a month unless under supervision of a doctor.
