You don't. You are pregnant and growing a human being. If you try to lose weight, you could hurt your baby. Weight loss can come after baby is born.
While a diet plan and losing weight is good, I would not recommend trying to lose weight that fast. 20 lbs in 1 month is really fast and you shouldn't try to lose more weight than 2 lbs a week.
O.o? What do you mean nukku?
Apart from surgical intervention, it cannot be done. You cannot lose 55 lbs of body weight in one month by natural means.
None if she is trying to lose weight not gain it.
Eat smaller, healthier meals and don't snack. DO EXERCISE
Eating the right amount of food, and exercising ALOT!!!!!
8.55 lbs a month. 274 - 150 = 124 lbs to lose; 124 / 58 weeks = 2.138 pounds a week; 2.138 * 4 weeks in a month = 8.55 pounds a month.
2-3 lbs per week
4 weeks in a month. 12 weeks. 24 lbs
Not if you are not exercising
Exercise, eat right, dont do drugs, get your normal 8 hours of sleep.
Presuming you want to lose 20 lbs of fat a month, you would have to have a deficit diet of 81000 calories in that month (meaning less eating+exercise) meaning 2700 calories per day. At your ht and wt, this would mean eating air, and drinking water ONLY. to me this target is very, very wrong. 7-9 lbs would be an ideal target and a sustainable loss in your first month.
