Could i maintain weight if i eat junk on the weekends but healthy on the weekdays i weight 110 15 and i wrestle on the weekdays?

Yes. Its OK to eat junk once in a while and its good to eat healthy foods. But think about your body and how much you need to keep it healthy.Exercising and eating right can help you. But then again if you keep making this process go for years you may become a little over weight. I suggest you eat junk food only once a month not every weekend cause you can make yourself overweight.
