It's possible that it's the fuel pump. It could also be: catalytic converter clogged, o2 sensor going bad, spark plugs and/or spark plug wires are worn, a vacuum leak in the intake, "sticking" brush in the alternator, distributor cap & rotor are worn, or an EGR valve not functioning properly. You should probably have it checked out by a certified Honda mechanic to pinpoint the cause.
