Could people Be half irish Hello I was born in ireland and my parents were born in pakistan does that make me half-irish half Pakistani full Pakistani or full irish?

If when you say that your parents were born in Pakistan you also mean that they are pakistani themselves then you are 100% pakistani not irish i.e. I was born and live in england but I wouldn't say I am actually 100% english as infact I am 3/8 irish, 1/8 welsh, 1/4 english & 1/4 portuguese. Sorry if I couldn't explain properly :)
