Could someone tell me how many days it will take until I start seeing signs of improvement when using Revolution on my dog....its been 2 days since I applied it and he's still biting and scratching?

As far as fleas or ticks being present, these parasites should already be gone. Revolution works within 24 hours to eliminate the external parasites. However, if your dog was very itchy before you used the Revolution and had red baldy patches, he may have a skin infection that Revolution won't treat.
There are other external parasites that can cause severe itchiness, including mites and mange, that Revolution is not effective against.
Another major cause of itchy skin in dogs is Allergies. Revolutions would have no effect on these, unless the allergy was to fleas (which is common).
I would suggest talking to your vet to see what exactly is going on.
