Could someone tell where fuse is located for tail lights on 1998 buick park avenue ultra Or other reason they might not be working?

One of the bulbs burned out. That's the obvious reason for them not working. Look in your owners manual for the location on your rear tail light fuse. Either under the drivers side dash or under the hood.
