YES, IT IS TOTALLY POSSIBLE!! I was the one who asked this question about 2 days ago and today I found out I am pregnant. I usually have brown discharge on regular cycles but this one was an IUI cycle, my 4th IUI cycle. The first 3 I didn't spot at all and wasn't pregnant but with this one I spotted for like 9 days and I am!! So it's totally possible. Now I'm crossing my fingers so that it stays 9 months!
