Could you sue your orthodontist if the treatment was scheduled for 2 years and after 4 years the results are still not satisfactory?

The US is a litgation hungry society. Anyone can sue almost anyone for almost any reason. The issue is whether or not the court will hear the suit, and if the plaintiff can prevail. In such a situation it is unlikely the court would look favorably upon the plaintiff due to the fact that the person(s) continued to use the services after the stated time period had elapsed. The judge would likely presume that the plaintiff had the option of changing orthodonist but since they continued for an additional two years it would appear they were not dissatisfied with the service and therefore had no valid complaint.

Yes, you can change your Orthodontist but it will increase your treatment time because your new orthodontist will take time to understand the movement of your teeth. And they may change the treatment method, it is recommended to complete the treatment with one orthodontist for quick results.

Early consistent treatment usually improves vision and appearance. The most satisfactory results are achieved if the condition is corrected before the age of seven years old.
