Could you use a tampon when you have a yeast infection and your period at the same time if you're going to a water park and if you change it between every slide and ride?

I'm sorry to say this but it might not be the best thing to do. Tampons are usually not advised while you have a yeast infection but I understand it's hard to use sanitary napkins (pads) while at a water park. I would advise that you wait to go to the water park or not get involved in any of the wet slides or pools.

Tampons are a major cause of vaginal infections, using one while you have an infection will potentially make it worse, not to mention your vagina may be more prone to tearing during a yeast infection due to irritation to mucus membranes. You can however use menstrual cups and softcups, these will allow you to swim and go on water rides but are safe to use even with a yeast infection.
