In the Netherlands it is a 'food law' to eat 200 grams (= 7 ounces) of vegetable
and two pieces of fruit a day to have all the important nutrition for a day.

By the way, don't believe in fruit replacement, or drinking juice counts. Its about the actual fruit and vegetable intake.
