The blinking red light in the dashboard is an indicator that your anti-theft security system is armed and working.

There is no fuse for the cruise control on a 1994 Acura Integra. It is a relay switch under the hood near the battery. This would have nothing to do with the dashboard clock, if the cruise control is not working properly. If the cruise control is not coming on, check the relay, then check the carburetor or EFI (Electronic Fuel Injector). Also, the cruise control will not come on if the brake light switch or the clutch is not working properly.
That your brakepads are lose but I rang this number 07885203889 and it was a fault with the car they tell you how to turn the light off
The bulb is broken or not connected. If it's accessible remove it and check if it's serviceable. If the clock is from a 1970s Jag it's actually rare if working so don't damage it.
You have to remove the airflow on the front panel underneath the clock . You will find two small screws. undo those and the clock will pull up. Unclip the power feed wire and turn the bulb anti clockwise to remove.
Paradise by the Dashboard Light was created in 1976.
