Tuition refund

My community college canceled two computer classes I'd registered for. They returned my fees EXCEPT $10.40 that I assumed was a service charge. I was so mad I emailed the Colorado State Advisor & said this was unreasonable, since I wanted the classes but the college had canceled them before they began. She forwarded my complaint to another college VIP & I promptly got my money back, plus a soothing apology! I still can't believe these people spent their time seeing that my complaint was satisfied -- most rewarding!
