A:Yes. On two separate occasions, Abraham said that Sarah was his sister, making Terah the father of both Abraham and Sarah. Although the context justifies the view that Abraham was lying, we find elsewhere in Genesis that Isaac and Jacob also married direct descendants of Terah.

If Sarah was the daughter of Terah, and with the marriage of Isaac to Rebekah, and of Jacob to sisters Leah and Rachel, the patriarchal family line is a self-contained unit, originating solely in Terah, with no pathways to or from the outer world. The children of Israel were all descended solely from Terah, through both male and female lines all the way back to Abraham and Sarah. The mythic reason for this genealogy is beyond the scope of this question. The Bible does not actually confirm that Sarah was Abraham's sister, but there is a consistency here that makes compelling sense for her to be, and therefore the daughter of Terah.
