Victoria reigned from mid-1837 through 1901. Einstein was born in 1879 and died in 1955. So there was some overlap of his life with her reign.
However, Einstein wasn't a British subject; during the time while Victoria was alive he was born in Ulm (at the time in the Kingdom of Württemberg, part of the German Empire), moved with his family to München (in the Kingdom of Bavaria, also part of the German Empire), remained there in school when his family moved to Italy before joining them there briefly, and then went to Switzerland to attend school. How appropriate it is to refer to the period 1879-1901 in any of those places as "Victorian times" is questionable.
