I've recently changed from Braun 360 Complete (which I've used for a couple of years) to Norelco smarttouch. The Norelco is giving me less irritation so far (even on the normal, rather than sensitive, setting), as the Baun used to make my neck bleed sometimes, but this isn't happening with the norelco. I've only been using the Norelco for a week, but opinions seem to suggest that any irritation goes away after a couple of weeks so it should be even better.
