yes
Benjamin Burnley once said in an interview, "We don't have a set meaning behind a song. It isn't up to us, when i write, I try to inspire people to relate and come up with their own meaning." or something similar to that, either way, In my opinion, its about leaving a relationship, someone you love, being so desolate, and just trying to find your way back to them, not physically, but emotionally.
This is currently unknown. However, on April 19, 2013, the band released the following statement on Facebook: The dispute between Benjamin Burnley, who is the sole founder, primary musician, singer and songwriter for the band Breaking Benjamin, and two of the bands ex-members has been resolved. Benjamin Burnley retains his right to use his band name and Breaking Benjamin will continue. With the end of the hiatus, it can confidently be assumed that a new album will be on its way.
Oh, dude, 'Follow' by Breaking Benjamin is all about, like, following someone who's leading you down a dark path. It's like, metaphorical and stuff, you know? The lyrics talk about being lost and needing guidance, but, like, in a rock song kind of way. So, yeah, that's the gist of it.
i do believe that in this song he is asking for gods help to lead him through his struggles but others might have different opinions The 'Dear Agony' album is dedicated to/made in the memory of Benjamin Burnley's grandfather, Benjamin Jackson Burnley, Jr who passed away in 2008. My interpretation of the song 'Give Me A Sign' is that he is asking his grandfather to give him a 'sign' ("I'll keep you alive...if you show me the way...") in order to know how to keep him with him (Benjamin) in life. That is just my interpretation though. I do agree with you as far as Benjamin asking for God's guidance to make it through the coming loss of his grandfather as well. God is mentioned in the lyrics, by the way: "God help me I've come undone...out of the light of the sun..."
forget it linkin a way gr8 then Benjamin also ben has not popular songs but linking has hell yeah LP forever bb ain't a match
A box of chocolate or something that means something to the two of you.I think it should be way more personal...an inside joke or something like thatI agree it should be personal. You could get him an iPod with your song on it and pictures of you together, or a digital picture frame with pictures of the two of you loaded on it and the song.
grow a pair and go to a studio
The song is Breaking All the Way....
I"ll Be seeing you. By the way to my knowledge, he did not record singles. He did record albums and 8 track tapes incuding a Christmas album.
Benjamin Franklin wrote "The Way to Wealth."
a ton... they're a pretty popular band... at least in the crowd I'm in which may alter my view but they are epic either way.
No, Breaking Benjamin has not split up- they are currently on hiatus. The lead singer, Benjamin Burnley, is taking time off due to health issues. Below is the official message posted on Breaking Benjamin's Facebook account addressing this: Hey everyone, Benjamin here. I am officially letting everyone know that Breaking Benjamin has NOT broken up! This is just a false rumor that, through the miracle of modern technology, has unfortunately spread. I am currently taking some time off from touring to further address some health issues that I have been dealing with for some years now which has been posted previously on the shallow bay website and expressed in many recent interviews. I am performing two solo acoustic shows in July but this in no way means that I have left, or am ever going to leave, Breaking Benjamin. In closing I'd like to thank our incredible fans for their concern. The only thing that I ask, is for everyone to not believe any rumors you hear on the Internet especially when it does not come directly from the band. We hope that our fans know that we love them and are forever grateful of their continuing support. Much love, Benjamin Burnley
