you have to remove the dash to get to it, it is well worth it to pay someone else to do it, it took me 2 days to do mine
make sure it's the same 4.0 engine. There was a 4.0 OHV and a 4.0 SOHC. those were COMPLETELY different engines, and will not swap, since the control of those engines (PCM and wiring) is different.
