Yes. As it says so in The Bible, as Joseph's brothers were going to ask the leader for food, they did not realise that the leader was Joseph, their brother! And when Joseph was being mean to them, he gave up and told them that it was him their brother. And then he forgave his brothers.

One of the reasons Joseph forgave his brothers was because he realized that his being sold to Egypt had been God's will for the preservation of the nation of Israel during a seven year famine(Genesis 45:2-15). But before he forgave, he tested his brothers to be sure they had changed their selfish jealous attitude over the years.(Genesis 41:57-45:1)
