The above answer is true however the answer to your question is no. To date, nobody has seen Barack Obama's birth certificate. The document referenced above is a Certificate of Live Birth which is, theoretically, an abstract of a hospital generated birth certificate. Obviously, transcription errors are possible as is the possibility of deliberate tampering especially where money and powerful people are involved. There was also an issue with the fact that Hawaii allowed verbal testimony when the birth was not in a hospital. Suffice it to say that a COLB should be adequate to establish eligibility for the most powerful job in the World today.
