No

There was not a Slav presence in central Europe in the 4th century. After the fall of the Huns, Slavs settled in the areas abandoned by the Germanic fleeing the Huns. This was in the late 5th century. It is thought that some Slav bands may have joined the Germanic invasions, but it is not certain. Expansion in this period occurred in The Czech Republic and Slovakia area and in the Balkans north of the Danube. It was also a period of state formation.

Slav invasions of the areas of the Byzantine empire in the Balkans started in the 7th century. The Bulgars were pushed south of the lower Danube by the arrival of the Kazars in their area in the 680s. They created a Bulgarian empire which originally spun across both banks of the Danube. Serbs and Croats also expanded into the Balkans.

No, the Salvs did not invade the Roman Empire in the fourth and fifth centuries. The Salvs were actually a Germanic people who settled within the Roman Empire as foederati (allies) and were integrated into its military structure. They played a significant role in the decline of the Western Roman Empire, but they did not invade it in the traditional sense.

Why was Jesus a threat to the Roman Empire since they had killed him?

A:Historians tell us that the Roman emperors preferred to ignore the Christians and had no interest in Jesus. It was only when the Christians began to appear disloyal to the empire that widespread official persecutions began. Edward Gibbon (The Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire) says that Christian traditions about centuries of pagan persecution arose in the fourth and fifth centuries, when the Christian Church sought to justify its own persecution of the pagan temples.
