Yes.I have a 1994 Ford Tempo GL with a 2.3l engine, automatic transmission, air conditioning, power locks and tilt steering.
The 98 escort zx2 did not come with a tilt steering wheel
You can find and exploded view of the tilt steering column for your 1995 Ford Taurus in Ford service manuals. The service manuals can be found at most local libraries.
If it's like my 1995 Ford Explorer , the tilt lever unscrews
There are two metal things that hold on to the wheel when the tilt is adjusted. They probably broke off.
Yes it will
MOST VEHICLES WITH TILT STEERING HAVE A LEVER LOCATED ON THE STEERING WHEEL SECTION OR ON THE STEERING COLUMN.THIS LEVER IS PULLED OR PUSHED AND ALLOWS THE STERRING COLUMN TO TILT
a lever is located on the left side of the column close to the dash
it probably doesnt have a steering column tilt on it
The lever for your tilt steering is threaded and screws on Thank you very much for the answer. I did finally figure that out when I was able to se inside with a flashlight. I appreciate your response.
