Absolutely! Regardless of her age, meeting someone after only a week that you have met over the internet is not wise. It takes a very good friend to make such a choice. She will be mad and maybe even proclaim to hate you for awhile. She will get over it though. How guilty would you feel if you didn't say anything and something happened to her? It would be much better to have a live friend eventually forgive you than a deceased one not able to...GREAT QUESTION!

What is the PSA announcement after each episode of The Secret Life of the American Teenager?

The first time to many teens have the sex talk with their parents, is when telling them that they are pregnant. Parents, if the teens have a sex queston with their parents, don't assume they are doing it. And teens, if your parents aren't talking to you about sex, don't assume they don't care. Teenage pregnancy is 100% preventable. Start talking. For more information, please visit, stayteen.org or abcfamily.com

Absolutely never on the Internet or by phone under any circumstances. The only times it is OK for a kid to give out their address without telling their parents first is to tell emergency responders and other official personnel (e.g. police, firemen, paramedics, social worker) where they live so their parents can be notified and/or they can be returned home when lost. This MUST be done in person.

If you are the best friend of a runaway could their parents get me into trouble when i dont know anything?

No. The only way you can get in trouble is she was staying with you. If you are no where around her then you should be fine. Beware though, the parents can get the courts to have a order for your phone records and if they find out you have been talking to her and not telling them any information, then you can get in trouble.
