If you overweight and Im talking 200 pounds at 13/14 then go to your doctor for the best weight loss plan. If you are at the average weight for a 13/14 year old which is probably, over 100 but under 130 then why do you need to lose weight. Just eat good foods, always breakfast, snack during the day, eat a good dinner and get excercise and I dont mean you have to do jumping jacks, any activity that is going to exert energy on your part and make you sweat. Swimming is the best. Biking, walking, playing sports, cleaning , you get the idea.....Eat move and sleep....
